We learn through our play here at Banana Moon Walsall, to be in the mind of a young active learner. Where we are not dominated by adult led activities or for adults to be at the heart of all activities. Through the magic of play and children’s fascinations is the starting point for planning, teaching and our environment, meaning that there are many open-ended, inspiring, and motivating experiences and resources are available for all children freely. Our Early years professional’s focus is to ensure that there are many opportunities for children to develop the skills they need to make progress in all areas of learning. 

 

The outdoor environment provides opportunities for all ages of children to explore the natural surroundings around them. It also allows them to be physically active and free, to enjoy learning in a different space.
