We are so happy with Banana Moon Day Nursery Walsall and the care and education they provide our son within preschool. The nursery manager is fantastic and is always pleasant and willing to spend the time to discuss how your child is getting on and the fun they've had that day! All the staff are wonderful and our son comes home from nursery excited and full of stories. Our son also loves to look at the nursery app and see pictures of himself and his friends having lots of fun and learning new things! Thank you to all the staff, continue the great work.

My baby girl loves coming to nursery, she always looks like she has so much fun when I see the photos from that day. The staff are so friendly and communication is excellent. I always know when she has had a nappy change, what she has eaten and how long she has slept which gives me great peace of mind. I would definitely recommend to any parents!

The fact our son runs up to the members of staff wanting to cuddle and start singing before we even get in the nursery says it all. The staffs enthusiasm towards the care of the children is immensely comforting for a parent that was once nervous and scared to leave them at nursery for the first time. They attend to your child’s individual needs, for example if your child has eczema, hair needs combing or needs medication. They are extremely supportive in making sure this is involved in there daily routine, with the effort of signing a form and them bringing you the form to show you that they have done it. There feedback is constructive which is helpful as nursery is a child’s second home so working in partnership with them helps their development even more. The creativity in play and cooking and the activities throughout the day, helps our son learn so much and he is learning very fast! The nursery involve the parents as much as possible and it’s nice to be one big happy family.
